Creating an engaging careers platform for Information Intelligence Group at CACI

We started working with Information Intelligence prior to the CACI acquisition in 2018 when they were known as Deep3, a UK company who provided secure by design application, cloud development, data engineering and digital transformation services to clients in the national security sector as well as defence and law enforcement. We partnered with the brand to create a personalised careers hub, enabling frequent updates and changes throughout the business changes and acquisition from CACI.

What we did:

  • The brand needed a careers platform that could link from their main company website and allow for frequent changes to content, allowed them to showcase key employer brand content and host live vacancies
  • We personalised a careers hub complete with their branding, and managed all content updates on their behalf including the posting and closing of job vacancies, adding blog content and tailoring information such as "company perks" as the business changed
  • We provided backend access to the JobHoller technology, complete with an applicant tracking system to enable the internal recruitment team to manage the candidate experience internally
  • Once the CACI acquisition completed we were able to transform the branding and content to reflect the updated brand presence, without losing any of the historic candidate data associated with their technology platform
  • Our parent brand Searchability actively recruited for the brand's vacancies, using the platform as a tool to informand engage candidates as part of the hiring process
